Spinach and artichoke dip with hot melted cheese in a slow cooker!

Spinach artichoke dip is one of my all-time favorite recipes and you can make it in a slow cooker to make it even easier! This no-foot, no-mess recipe is as simple as mixing all the ingredients, throwing them in the slow cooker and cooking them until the cheese is melted and everything is nice, sticky and perfectly immersed!

The main ingredients are of course spinach and artichokes with a lot of cheese, in fact three cheeses! Cream cheese, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese! Delicious! (Not to mention sour cream or mayonnaise!) You can add Extras like bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, hot sauce, etc. but it’s just perfect as is! One of the good things about cooking in the slow cooker is that you can prepare it in advance and leave it warm. It’s also great on the road! Boil it, take the whole slow cooker, bring it to the site and put it back in the heat and let’s go!
